he was a very loved lil boy that will never be forgoten. he was 7 and a half weeks early and had
alot wrong with him. he past away with so meany cause of death. acute renal failure, septicaemia,
balanced robertsonian 14:21 transolcation, oligohydramnios, downsydrome, atrioventricular septal
defect, congenital heart block and leukaemia.
